Roasted seabream, white Paimpol coco beans and green peas, lemony viennese.

Rack of piglet breton, declination of artichokes, green olives puree and piquillos coulis.

Saddle of lamb in two ways, farandole of beetroots, sweet potato chips and Timut pepper.

Sweets...
Rhubarb compotee with its glossy chips, white chocolat and basil ganache, verbena ice cream.

Pralin iced parfait, creamy Yuzu, macaroons and nougatine.

Buckwheat Apricot tart with olive oil ice cream.

And of course, our Chocolat fondant with its melting heart of salted caramel
